Breakfast Omelet

1 egg
4 egg whites
1/2 handful chopped spinach
2 small mushrooms
3-4 TBSP chopped red peppers
3-4 TBSP chopped yellow peppers

250 Calories (will vary slightly depending on the veggies)
35g Protein
7g Carbohydrate

This was SO filling. I couldn't even eat it all...
